The breakfast had a mega giant selection. I saw different dishes. The saltwater pool felt nice and clean. Staff was professional, too. They accommodated every request that I had.
The room seemed quite outdated. There aren't any kids facilities here. I mean no kids club at all. Afternoon programs were available on weekends only.

I found the service to be very good. The staff addressed all my needs promptly. The Lemon Garden buffet offered many cuisines. I especially enjoyed the dessert section. The dining staff were very professional. I also enjoyed that the Petronas Towers were nearby. It was a short walk from the building.
The basic rooms appear a bit dated. this was a very minor issue.

The room has coffee and tea facilities. Bottled water were replenished daily. The hotel provides toiletries in bathroom. I also found an iron with ironing board. An umbrella was there. Very useful for unpredictable weather.

The staff showed great professionalism and attention to detail. Liew Khai Choi provided great support and was very cute. She upgraded our rooms, greatly appreciated. I also liked the late checkout option.

The staff demonstrates professionalism. They accommodate requests quickly. Liew Khai Choi offered great support to my group and me. She upgraded our rooms. She granted us a late checkout. I appreciated her warm welcome and efficient service.
