Satisfactory hotel experience
giant selection saltwater pool professional staff outdated room kid facilities afternoon program
The breakfast had a mega giant selection. I saw different dishes. The saltwater pool felt nice and clean. Staff was professional, too. They accommodated every request that I had.
The room seemed quite outdated. There aren't any kids facilities here. I mean no kids club at all. Afternoon programs were available on weekends only.

The Horizon Club access was a plus. The staff there were helpful and cute (especially ina, who always had time for a chat).

Excellent stay experience
good service dessert section professional staff
I found the service to be very good. The staff addressed all my needs promptly. The Lemon Garden buffet offered many cuisines. I especially enjoyed the dessert section. The dining staff were very professional. I also enjoyed that the Petronas Towers were nearby. It was a short walk from the building.
The basic rooms appear a bit dated. this was a very minor issue.

The room has coffee and tea facilities. Bottled water were replenished daily. The hotel provides toiletries in bathroom. I also found an iron with ironing board. An umbrella was there. Very useful for unpredictable weather.

The lobby features a giant floral arrangement. I observed different arrangements . The location permits walking to tourist attractions. It is also a short car ride away. I appreciated the convenient access.

The buffet breakfast includes at least five main cuisines. There are Malay, Chinese, Indian, Italian, and Japanese options. Teh Tarik is available. I was happy about the good variety. This added to a good experience.

The staff were professional. The breakfast had a wide selection of items (i liked the pastries).
The elevators were slow. It sometimes caused delays, especially during peak hours. The gym's male restrooms were far from the facilities.

Really good Service and Accommodations
room upgrade supportive staff late checkout
The staff demonstrates professionalism. They accommodate requests quickly. Liew Khai Choi offered great support to my group and me. She upgraded our rooms. She granted us a late checkout. I appreciated her warm welcome and efficient service.
The hotel's furniture appears a bit outdated for my taste.
