My stay at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur was quite enjoyable overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. However, the bathroom in my room felt a bit small. and some furnishings could use an update to match the hotel’s luxurious image.

The only drawback was the busy pool area, which was filled with children. Overall, though, the service and amenities made for an enjoyable experience.
